Acceptance

By accessing or using BMX Event Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

Users must meet applicable age requirements. Where minors use the service, a parent or guardian accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Services

BMX Event Pro provides are; event discovery, registrations, coaching, memberships and related services. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

User-Created Events

Organisers are solely responsible for the legality, permits, insurance, risk management, participant communications, refunds, venue compliance and all event operations. BMX Event Pro is a technology platform only, unless expressly identified as organiser.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant app store. Billing, renewals and refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies together with any mandatory rights under Australian law.

Payments

Fees are displayed before purchase. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may suspend premium access.

Cancellations

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your app store subscription settings. Current subscription periods generally remain active until expiry.

Privacy

We collect information you provide (name, email, location preferences, submitted events) and usage data to operate and improve the service. Information may be processed on servers outside Australia. We implement reasonable security measures and retain data as required by law. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant 426 Industries and BMX Event Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display it for operating the service.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in unlawful conduct, harassment, infringement, uploading malware, scraping, impersonating others, or interfering with the service.

Intellectual Property

The software, branding, logos and content of 426 Industries and BMX Event Pro remain the property of the company or its licensors.

Assumption of Risk

Cycling and BMX activities involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. Participants accept those inherent risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You indemnify 426 Industries and its current, BMX Event Pro, and future entities against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your events.

Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breaches, fraud or legal compliance reasons.

Third Parties

Apple, Google and payment providers have separate terms that also apply to your use of their services.

Governing Law

Australian law governs these Terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of the relevant Australian State or Territory.
